Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your reservation. Late arrival will unfortunately shorten your stay, without entitling you to any discount.
All fabrics are kept clean and changed regularly. Upon entering the wellness centre, the guest is issued with one clean sheet, which is for use in the sauna world only. For personal hygiene as well as for use in the pool area, we recommend bringing your own towel. In case you do not have one, you can borrow one at the reception for a fee. You must shower before entering the wellness centre. The personal hygiene and wellness area is not intended for additional hygiene treatments such as shaving, manicures, pedicures, etc. For hygiene reasons, we ask guests not to use their own shoes. If necessary, we can provide shoes for a fee. Please leave used sheets in the laundry baskets at the exit of the locker room. Please maintain general cleanliness and tidiness.
Take care of your safety as well as the safety of the persons entrusted to you. Children under the age of 15 must be supervised by an adult who is responsible for them throughout their stay in the wellness centre. Access to the sauna world is granted to persons aged 13 and over (not valid for guests staying in the spa). Children up to 12.99 years of age are only allowed in the sauna world on Saturdays and Sundays at set times (see current opening hours). Children up to 12,99 years old can use the Swimming Hour for recovery and relaxation according to the opening hours.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies or injuries that could have an adverse effect on the quality of the service provided. TEN SPA Wellness Centre reserves the right to refuse entry or to provide the service in the event of contraindications. Most treatments are not suitable for pregnant women. In case of injury, please notify the staff immediately. We apologize in advance, but we cannot be held responsible for any injuries sustained by a guest on the premises of TEN SPA Wellness Center.
A locker is provided for temporary storage of personal belongings. Swimwear must be worn in the pool area. For massages, if required, we can provide disposable underwear on request. Swimsuits are not to be worn in the saunas. Only bare feet are allowed in the spa. Wearing your own shoes is not allowed. In case you need them, you can purchase them at the reception.
We recommend that you leave your valuables at home. If this is not the case, you can deposit them in the hotel’s safe at reception on request. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings. Glass bottles and jars are not allowed on the premises and smoking is prohibited. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted outside the wellness bar. In case of an accident, do not wait and notify the staff immediately.
Make sure you take plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration, especially when using our saunas. In case of alcohol consumption, we do not recommend entering the wellness area. The wellness bar in the pool area is used to replenish appropriate fluids. Your consumption will be credited to your electronic locker key and then you will pay for your consumption at the hotel reception upon departure. It is forbidden to bring or consume food into the wellness centre and all its areas.
