As our time in Slovakia comes to an end, I just wanted to pass along my thanks for the amazing stay at Hotel Tenis. While I appreciate every minor detail, I wanted to mention a few that stood out to me personally in hope you inform them of their great work.
The front desk/reception has been amazing regardless of who was working. Aside from our many requests and complications, the front desk was always understanding and willing to help. They all represent Hotel Tenis well, and are a credit to your organization.
Additionally, I wanted to recognize the front desk staff at the Rates Arena. Again, absolutely amazing people and always willing to help. They are pleasant and respectful to all visitors (regardless of their native language).
Lastly, I wanted to highlight housekeeping. As many countries and hotels I have travelled to, the housekeeping team at Hotel Tenis was absolutely amazing and always upheld the best quality.

I stayed at your hotel from 15th to 16th November 2023 as part of a Datalan, a.s. event.
I would like to commend your staff, whether it be waiters and waitresses, receptionists or cleaners. Even though some of your staff were on the job for 12 hours, they were friendly and helpful at all times. I would especially like to commend the waitress Lubica who was in charge of the bar at the Vittoria conference room for both days.
I am pleased with the fact that I already knew most of the waiters and waitresses from last year, which shows the good work of the hotel management and the good stability of the work team. In the Slovak environment, the helpfulness and pleasant demeanor of your staff is strongly above standard.

As for the stay itself, we were very satisfied. I also spoke with your colleague, who was also very helpful during our stay. I think that our partners were also very satisfied, not only with the accommodation, but also with the catering and the conference itself (space, coffee-break, etc.). But you know how it is with people – you can never please everybody, so of course there were also less negative responses to our wine tasting. But again – the gentleman was very nice, and the satisfaction was, the negative reaction was more about us – that we chose such a program… But you can never get enough of everything… :o) So sum summarum – great satisfaction and we will be happy to repeat this workshop in the future years, if it will be held in your place.
