ACCOMMODATION
- All accommodated guests are provided with free Internet and parking.
- The hotel reserves the right to change prices.
- Guests can check-in after 14:00.
- Guests check-out by 10:00. Checking-out by 14:00 is charged with additional 50 EUR, after 14:00 full room price for an extra day is charged.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor hotel facilities. Smoking in the room will be charged with a 50€ fine. Setting off the fire alarm a 500 EUR fine.
WELLNESS AND SPA
Reservations according to the hotel price offer follow the capacity and availability of wellness and
massage services.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
All order cancellations must be in writing, provable and clearly marked with a date. In case of order
cancellation service provider will charge the following contractual penalty:
a) In case of cancellation of all contracted services
- 31 days before the arival, we charge 50% of the total accomodation price
- 30 to 21 days before the arival, we charge 70% of the total accomodation price
- 20 to 8 days before the arival, we charge 90% of the total accomodation price
- Less than 7 before the arival, we charge 100% of the total accommodation price
b) In case of leaving before contracted date or in case of non-use of ordered services, client
will pay to the service provider full price of all ordered services (even those non-used)
except in those cases when leaving before contracted date or non-use of services were
caused by the fact that service provider did not provide contracted services.
c) The hotel reserves the right to cancel the stay due to consequences of events, which can
not be avoided even if exerting effort or due to unusual and unpredictable circumstances.
The hotel is obliged to inform the customer about such events at least 3 days before their
arrival or immediately as soon as such situation occurs in less than 3 days before the
arrival. In such case the hotel will enable the customer to utilize services in a different
time suitable for the customer or offer alternative accommodation in the area.
